Providers

We pride ourselves in customer service with quick responses to your questions. Our staff takes the time to help you get the answers to quickly so you can resume your normal working routine. Our contact numbers are all direct phone numbers so you can speak with us personally without the need of an operator.

CVCP offers individualized customer service. Orientations and refresher orientations are provided to provider offices by appointment. CVCP also offers an on-site orientation where the provider office staff get an opportunity to tour and meet with CVCP staff in our four key departments, Pre-certification, Billing, Collections and Finance. During the tour, each of the four departments are described and viewed up close. Questions are encouraged. The tour lasts about 2 hours.

In addition to our orientations, provider offices are updated with CVCP operations news by:

  • CVCP Newsflash - a monthly bulletin directed towards office managers and their support staff.
  • CVCP Provider Relations Updates - email and fax updates for last-minute changes in operations, policies and legislation affecting our provider offices.
  • All Provider Meetings - These are luncheon meetings where office managers and their support staff come together to network and see presentations on issues in healthcare sponsored by CVCP.
  • CVCP MD Newsletter - a bi-annual newsletter that is directed towards physicians and office managers apprising them of utilization and quality management issues in the network.

CVCP's goal is to keep the provider office connected in such a way that we make their jobs easier.
